The specialized mental health facility provides secure, clinically intensive care and community-based support. This role supports safety through patrols, emergency response, patient management, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interior and exterior facility security patrols
- Respond promptly to incidents and assistance calls
- Apply verbal de-escalation and conflict management techniques
- Assist clinical staff with patient management and restraints
- Write accurate incident reports before shift completion

Requirements:

- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
