As Senior Project Manager, Community Development, you will lead land, municipal, and site development projects. You will advise developer and municipal clients while helping grow ISL’s Edmonton practice. The work spans planning, approvals, design, construction, client relationships, and mentorship. Lead projects from early planning through construction completion Oversee grading, utilities, roadways, pedestrian networks, and stormwater Manage development applications and approvals Lead teams, subconsultants, field services, and quality reviews Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and client expectations Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent Alberta P.Eng. or P.Tech registration, or APEGA eligibility 12+ years in land development and municipal infrastructure 5+ years as a Project Manager Experience winning work and mentoring professionals Bring land development leadership, technical judgment, and client management expertise to ISL’s Edmonton community development team.
