Lead IFRS reporting from downtown Vancouver as a Manager, Financial Reporting overseeing international consolidations and technical accounting. A flexible hybrid schedule includes approximately two to three office days weekly. Reporting to the VP Finance, this manager will oversee consolidated reporting for a privately held international mining company. The work includes IFRS financial statements, note disclosures, MD&A; support, and complex accounting research. You will coordinate regional finance teams and support accurate, timely reporting. Key Responsibilities:





Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated IFRS financial statements Manage consolidations across jurisdictions and joint ventures Review disclosures and support Management's Discussion and Analysis Prepare technical accounting memoranda for complex IFRS matters Coordinate audits, close requirements, controls, and reporting improvements Requirements:

CPA designation required Approximately five to ten years' accounting and reporting experience Mining industry experience required Strong IFRS and consolidated reporting knowledge Advanced Microsoft Excel and robust analytical skills Apply financial reporting leadership, IFRS expertise, and international consolidation experience to this Vancouver mining company mandate.
