As part of the Service Desk team, you gather merchandise throughout the store, pack orders securely, and stage them for delivery. The position includes using the Order Fulfillment Application, handling basic point-of-sale sales and returns, and reading COM orders or system notes. You also communicate with customers by phone and support curbside pickup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Obtain and prioritize pick lists for customer orders
- Gather merchandise using the Order Fulfillment Application
- Pack, label, and stage orders securely




- Load delivery vehicles and bring out curbside orders
- Follow Home Depot’s Greeting, Engaging, and Thanking model

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years retail or distribution experience is an asset
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to move heavy and bulky items
- Ability to climb ladders up to 12 to 16 feet
