Lead warehouse operations at Champion Petfoods using hands-on supervision, inventory accuracy, and timely inbound and outbound processing.

The Warehouse Supervisor leads daily operations at Yellowhead DC and/or Acheson Warehouse within the Kitchen. This position oversees team performance, order plans, shipments, inventory, and compliance. Champion Petfoods produces ORIJEN® and ACANA® premium pet food across global regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily warehouse operations and team performance
- Prepare order plans and monitor completion
- Oversee accurate loading, unloading, sorting, and distribution
- Maintain inventory, shipment, and warehouse performance records
- Coach, train, develop, and hold team members accountable

Requirements:

- Five or more years supervising within a warehouse workplace
- Intermediate Microsoft Office, WMS, and M3 skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem resolution abilities
- Effective communication, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely
