Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do:** * Independently support the assigned test automation activities; * Contribute to definingand evolving the approach and strategy of test automation; * Analyze needs, functional journeys and risks to identify scenarios that offer the best value to automate; * Design, develop, maintain and execute automated tests; * Develop automation solutions for testing iOS and Android APIs, web apps, and mobile apps; * Ensure the reliability, maintainability and reusability of automated tests; * Analyze execution results, investigate failures, and distinguish application anomalies from problems related to testing or environments; * Perform proof-of-concept using SQL, Postman, APIs, and data and log analysis; * Integrate and scale automated test execution into solution delivery processes; * Collaborate with QA specialists, developers,



and others to integrate automation into routine quality operations; * Support stakeholders in identifying relevant scenarios to be automated and in using the solutions implemented; * Identify limitations, risks, and barriers to automation and propose concrete solutions; * Document automation approaches, solutions, and practices in Confluence; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of test automation practices, tools and ways of doing things. **The profile you are looking for is as follows:** * Have relevant experience in test automation and IT quality assurance; * Demonstrate experiencein designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated tests; * Understand the different layers of an application and know how to determine the relevant level at which to automate a test; * Have experience in APItest automation and know Postman or an equivalent tool; * Master Web applicationtest automation; * Know iOS and Android mobile app test automation; * Perform data validations using SQL; * Know how to analyze the data, API responses,



and logs needed to diagnose runtime results; * Experience with Jira and Xray for managing and tracking quality activities; * Use Confluence or an equivalent tool for documentation and collaboration; * Understand practices for integrating automated testing into development and delivery processes; * Ability to work in an environment combining manual and automated testing and ensure their complementarity; * Demonstrate a high level of autonomy and support an automation initiative from design to implementation and maintenance; * Have a strong analytical ability and know how to target scenarios that offer real value to be automated; * Combine a good understanding of quality assurance with strong technical skills; * Demonstrate rigor, organization, curiosity and a concern for producing reliable and maintainable solutions; * Quickly identify problems, risks and obstacles and propose concrete solutions or workarounds; * Constructively challenge existing practices and suggest improvements; * Communicate clearly and popularize technical topics to the various stakeholders; * Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and exert constructive influence in a cross-functional mandate; * Experience in brokerage, financial services or transactional systems (an asset); * This position requiresworking primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks.
