- Recruit and hire strong talent for store needs
- Execute shipment, merchandising, visual, and safety procedures

Requirements:

- Previous retail management experience leading teams
- Passion for AE and Aerie products
- Business acumen and sales-driven focus
- Multitasking, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Adaptable availability when guests shop
