This Janitorial Maintenance position supports overall store cleanliness at a Pilot Company travel center. You will clean guest showers and restroom facilities, manage towels, remove trash, and complete general repairs or maintenance. The work directly supports excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities. Experience in a similar position is preferred, along with knowledge of industrial equipment and the ability to fix small problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain overall cleanliness throughout the store
- Clean showers and restroom facilities
- Wash, load, and unload shower towels
- Perform general store repairs and maintenance
- Remove trash around the travel center

Requirements:

- Highly motivated self-starter
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand most days
- Versatile availability for nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Similar position experience preferred
