As a Client Service Representative on the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll provide first-line support in a banking centre. You’ll answer questions, assist transactions, manage accounts and products, and connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members. The work supports meaningful client experiences and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help clients manage accounts and financial products
- Answer questions and assist with banking transactions
