The Senior Project Executive leads assigned healthcare projects across planning, design, preconstruction, construction, and close coordination. Lead project feasibility analysis and client visioning sessions Select architects, consultants, and construction managers Manage design, approvals, budgets, schedules, and construction administration Review documents, change orders, allowances,

Eight years of progressive healthcare project management experience Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred Expertise in budgeting, negotiations, scheduling, and team coordination Robust written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills Microsoft Office proficiency; e-Builder experience strongly preferred Apply healthcare project leadership, cost control, scheduling, and client communication expertise across Hammes development initiatives.
