As Store Manager, you oversee sales, operations, and customer experience while reporting to the District Manager. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive store performance toward and beyond sales targets
- Manage leads and follow-ups through Salesforce CRM
- Develop retail sales strategies and close floor sales
- Recruit, train, and develop a results-driven team
- Manage operations, payroll, scheduling, and merchandising standards

Requirements:

- Two or more years of retail management experience
- Two or more years of sales leadership experience
- Familiarity with CRM and customer outreach tools
