Key Responsibilities:

- Cook menu items across assigned kitchen stations
- Prepare meats and fish to correct temperatures
- Stock stations before service begins
- Follow recipes, portions, and plating guidelines

Requirements:

- Previous Line Cook or qualified kitchen experience
- Grill, fryer, flat top, and sauté experience
