We’relookingforabanquetporterwhoplaysakeyroleinsupporting,banquets,weddings,meetings,andspecialevents.Thispositionisresponsibleforaccurateroomsetupsandtear‑downs,maintainingcleanandorganizedeventspaces,andassistingthebanquetteamasneeded.You’llworkcloselywithbanquetstaff,andkitchenteamstohelpdeliveraseamlessguestexperience.

JobDutiesandResponsibilitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto:

- Setupallbanquet,wedding,andmeetingroomsaccordingtotheguidelineprovidedbytheEventsManager
- Teardownandresetroomspromptlyaftereventsinatimelyandorganizedmanner
- Maintaincleanlinessandorganizationofallbanquetrooms,storageareas,andservicespacesinaccordancewithcompanystandards
- Assistwithdishwashing,includingcleaningandsanitizingdishes,glassware,cutlery,andkitchenequipment,andkeepingthedishwashingareacleanandorganized.
- Cleaneventroomsattheendofeachfunctionandpreparethemforthenextscheduledevent
- Transportemptybottlestothereceivingareaattheendofthenight
- Keepeventbarsclean,stocked,andorganized
- Assistwithmovingtrolleysofdishestothekitchenarea
- Workquietlyandefficientlytoavoiddisturbingongoingmeetingsorevents
- CompletetheBanquetChecklistduringandaftereachfunction




- Ensureallequipmentishandledsafelyandstoredproperly
- Performadditionaldutiesasassignedbymanagertosupportsmoothoperationsandexcellentcustomerservice.

- Experienceinbanquet,events,hospitality,orlabourrolesisanasset
- Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytofollowsetupplans
- Reliable,punctual,andabletoworkindependentlyoraspartofateam
- Positiveattitudeandcommitmenttoexcellentguestservice

PhysicalRequirements

- Approximately80%oftheshiftinvolvesconstantstandingandwalking
- Abilitytomovefurnitureandequipmentunassisted
- Abilitytolift50+lbssafelyandrepeatedly
- Mustbeabletoworkflexibleshifts,includingmornings,afternoons,evenings,weekends,andholidays
- Abilitytoworkextendedshiftsasrequiredbyeventschedules
