Reporting to the Store Administrator, this Store Promoter role demonstrates and promotes products to persuade customers. You will execute the Customer Service Strategy, build brand awareness, and achieve assigned sales targets. The position suits candidates with retail, grocery sales, restaurant, or food service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage consumers and generate excitement around promoted products
- Greet customers, present products, and conduct demonstrations
- Achieve assigned sales targets through energetic product selling
- Organize and coordinate promoting merchandise
- Set up, clean,
sanitize, and close work areas
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of customer service and food safety
- Minimum one year retail or food service experience highly desirable
- Strong verbal communication in English and Mandarin, Cantonese, or French
- Basic cooking skills for product demonstrations
- Flexible availability, including weekends and statutory holidays
