Coordinate security training at The Bow in downtown Calgary, using group facilitation and performance assessment skills. This is a full time position.

Paladin Security seeks a Site Trainer to prepare employees for The Bow’s operational and service expectations. You will coordinate orientations, deliver site-specific training, assess performance, and provide coaching when further development is required. The position works with site leadership, H&R; REIT representatives, and Paladin’s Training Department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate orientation and operational training for new team members
- Deliver training programs including MOAB, First Aid, and Use of Force
- Train personnel on emergency response, reporting, and security procedures
- Evaluate performance through assessments, scenarios, observation,



and practical evaluations
- Maintain training records and certification tracking documentation

Requirements:

- Valid Alberta Security License or ability to obtain one
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent education
- Strong public speaking, facilitation, and presentation abilities
- Effective coaching, feedback, and employee development skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency and flexibility for occasional non-standard hours
