Design scalable GCP data platforms for BMO in Toronto, using BigQuery, Dataflow, and cloud-native services. This contract follows a hybrid, four-days-onsite model. As a GCP Cloud Architect/Engineer, you will create enterprise-scale data solutions for BMO through RedPico. The work includes gathering requirements with business stakeholders and data science teams. You will define integration patterns and align designs with security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards. Key Responsibilities:

Design scalable data pipelines using GCP native services Develop and optimize BigQuery and Dataflow processing solutions Build services with Cloud Run and Cloud Functions Implement event-driven architectures using Pub/Sub Create architecture documentation and technical standards Requirements:

Robust hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform Advanced BigQuery data modeling and performance optimization experience Dataflow pipeline development experience using Python Terraform Infrastructure as Code implementation experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Apply your GCP architecture, BigQuery, Dataflow, and governance expertise to BMO’s Toronto data platform initiatives.
