Apply welding, fitting, and blueprint-reading skills as an Industrial Welder-Fitter in a permanent manufacturing position. Work in English for 30 to 40 hours weekly.

This Welder-Fitter position supports industrial manufacturing and custom fabrication, including pressure vessels. The work involves aluminum alloys, stainless steel, steel, iron, and heavy metals. Candidates use SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW techniques while operating welding and cutting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret welding specifications, blueprints, drawings, manuals, and processes
- Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automated welding equipment
- Examine welds against required standards and specifications
- Fit, braze, torch-straighten, and fabricate metal parts
- Maintain welding, brazing, and soldering equipment

Requirements:

- Other trades certificate, diploma, or equivalent experience
- Seven months to less than one year experience
- Basic security clearance
- Own transportation and steel-toed safety boots
- Ability to handle heavy loads and stand extensively

Use proven welding techniques, careful fitting, and equipment maintenance skills across industrial manufacturing and custom fabrication assignments.
