- DEC in a relevant discipline (mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, aerospace construction, metallurgy, etc.) or more than 7 years of experience in production in the finishing sector· Knowledge of the manufacturing process of aerospace parts (Machining, Processes, …) and capabilities of machine tools or equipment· Knowledge of reading plans and tolerancing (GD&T, …)· Knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, 5P, …)· Proficiency in Catia V5, MEDS 3D Experience, and PLM tools (PDM, Smarteam, …)· Specific knowledge in Grinding, Sub-Assembly, and Painting (asset)· Knowledge of FMEA/PFMEA, MSP, and MSA processes (asset)· Knowledge of Safety and Ergonomics standards (asset)· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French,
