This Service Technician role supports scheduled service calls through repairs, adjustments, hardware installation, and PVC window re-glazing. You will document completed work, identify outstanding parts, and provide professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load service vehicles with required parts for scheduled calls
- Review daily run sheets and troubleshoot service issues
- Repair exterior doors and adjust PVC window products
- Install window and door hardware,



including replacement components
- Clean job sites and complete service documentation

Requirements:

- Two or more years in window and door service
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools
- Knowledge of protected work practices and SOPs
- Intermediate Outlook, Microsoft Office, and CRM proficiency
