Support meaningful resident experiences at Taylor View Towers in Red Deer through hospitality, food service, and compassionate communication. This role serves a person-directed community.

The Hospitality Aide supports dining, social, housekeeping, and recreational experiences for over 300 residents. Reporting to the Food Services Supervisor, the role assists daily life, promotes meaningful activities, and fosters connections with residents, families, and Care Partners. It reflects the Eden Alternative philosophy and Taylor View Towers’ commitment to enriching living.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve meals and provide light housekeeping in food service areas
- Assist residents and support spontaneous activities and Learning Circles




- Promote resident involvement in meaningful activities
- Engage residents and family members in meaningful conversations
- Plan and participate in celebrations and spontaneous events

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or recognized equivalent
- Hospitality, food service, or recreation experience is an asset
- Food Secure Certificate is an asset
- WHMIS certification
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking abilities
