Uline seeks a Collections Analyst with fluent verbal and written English and French. You will manage customer accounts, resolve past-due balances, and maintain accurate records. The position supports collaboration with Credit, Customer Service, and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned customer account portfolios by phone and email
- Build relationships with customers throughout collection activities
- Identify root causes behind past-due balances
- Partner with customers on payment solutions
- Document account activity and customer interactions accurately

Requirements:

- Fluency in written and verbal English and French
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
