Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve complex interpretative issues involving tax legislation
- Apply legislation and treaties to complex taxpayer transactions
- Conduct research and provide technical tax advice
- Draft authoritative rulings, interpretations, and round table answers

Requirements:

- Five cumulative years’ relevant experience within the last seven years
- Accounting designation, accounting degree, or law degree
- Experience applying the Income Tax Act and related provisions
- Willingness to work overtime, travel, and complete training
- Reliability Status or Secret security clearance
