Create utility project estimates at Ledcor using powerline construction expertise, quantity takeoffs, and cost analysis. Adaptable home and office-based conditions apply. As an Estimator reporting to the Senior Estimator, you will prepare estimating packages for utility projects. Your work will integrate drawings, specifications, contracts, budgets, schedules, and supplier information. You will also analyze complex information, support bids, and offer perspectives on existing solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare work takeoffs and estimates for utility projects Calculate material, labour, equipment, direct,



and indirect costs Lead subcontractor and supplier solicitation for bids Review quotes and support subcontractor selection decisions Facilitate estimate reviews and develop bid clarifications Requirements:

Five or more years estimating powerline construction projects Ten or more years of construction industry experience Experience with MS Office and estimating software Knowledge of trade drawings, specifications, costs, and budgets Strong written, verbal, coaching, and guiding abilities Apply powerline estimating, cost buildup, bid review, and construction document expertise supporting Ledcor utility projects across Western Canada.
