This Seasonal Sales Associate provides exceptional service while personally selling, answering bra-fit questions, and supporting sales growth. The temporary position works across the sales floor, cash wrap, processing and replenishment, and floorset activities. You will reinforce buying decisions, maintain brand standards, and support store operations. Responsibilities include promotions, merchandise recovery, visual merchandising, and Rewards Program loyalty. The role also requires protected handling of merchandise and attention to loss prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personally sell merchandise and drive store sales growth
- Engage customers and respond effectively to cues
- Provide customers with the perfect bra fit
- Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap
- Replenish merchandise and execute floorset activities
Requirements:
- Product knowledge and selling expertise
- Ability to follow Victoria’s Secret brand standards
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
- Awareness of loss prevention and shrink reduction
