Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, seeks a Press Operator for its Tillsonburg stamping facility. The position involves presses, decoilers, feeders, conveyors, cranes, and PLC-controlled equipment. You will complete die changes, inspect parts, troubleshoot quality issues, and support production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate tonnage presses and related production equipment
- Perform Quick Die Changes using established procedures
- Measure parts and complete required inspection paperwork
- Troubleshoot poor-quality products and report damages




- Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve process capability

Requirements:

- Two years of machine operations or related experience
- Prior cold stamping experience preferred
- Ability to stand long periods and lift 23 kilograms
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Flexibility to work varying shift times
