and consultations with business and technology teams to analyze, validate, and clarify requirementsCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to contribute to high level solution design, business analytics (including data and reporting), and the development of test scenarios and plansPlan and deliver comprehensive walkthroughs, demonstrations, presentations, and knowledge sharing sessions to support implementationProvide leadership and guidance to Business Analysts, overseeing requirements activities across multiple concurrent projects.Coach and train team members within the division to support continuous improvement in business analysis practicesAssist with production support activities, including issue triage, root cause analysis, impact assessment, and resolution coordinationQualificationsPost-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum 7 years Business Analysis experience conducting complex business analysis business requirements and IT specificationsBusiness area experience and/or background in insurance, finance or government programs an assetSubject matter expertise in Guidewire (Policy Center and Claim Center) an assetExperience working in scaled agile delivery (SAFe) an assetCCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) or CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional)
