Interior Health in Nelson, BC is seeking a Community Health Worker to join the Nelson Home Support Team at the Nelson Health Centre. You will support Community Clients' independence at home by delivering personal care and daily living assistance as part of a Nurse/LPN team.The role involves daily personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and reporting changes in client conditions. This is a permanent part time position (0.55) with day shifts from 13:00 to 17:30.
