As Wireless Sales Supervisor, you champion consumers and business customers while partnering with management on daily financial and non-financial goals. You lead selling, coach associates, resolve concerns, and share wireless expertise across the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with management on wireless department goals
• Lead selling and model customer engagement

Requirements:

• Two or more years of wireless sales experience
• One or more years supervising sales targets preferred
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Diplomatic approach to resolving client concerns
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and work independently
