Cogir Senior Living seeks a working manager to guide environmental services, housekeeping, and maintenance support. You will maintain equipment reliability, protect building condition, and support a positive retirement community experience. The role partners with the Executive Director and residence leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide environmental services, housekeeping, and maintenance support
• Perform hands-on environmental tasks and repairs when required

Requirements:

• Minimum three years’ environmental services or maintenance experience
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and emergency systems

• JHSC and working-at-heights certification, or willingness to obtain
