with solid expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, Azure services, and modern CI/CD practices to join our team in Montreal. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and CRM architecture. Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and solution design. Experience with Azure services, including: Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, C#.NET, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD. Ability to work effectively in Agile and iterative development environments. Solid problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have

Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure certifications. Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns. Experience in functional, regression, performance, and integration testing. Delivery management experience and the ability to collaborate directly with business users and stakeholders at all levels.
