This Safety Specialist develops, implements, and manages company safety programs for a protected, healthy, accident-free work environment. The position conducts audits, inspections, investigations, and required job site visits. It also supports regulatory compliance, staff training, incident reporting, insurance claims, and safety performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage company safety programs and workplace safety procedures
- Conduct audits, inspections, investigations, and job site visits
- Deliver safety training and education to staff




- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Present safety performance reports to senior management

Requirements:

- OSHA 30 and at least five years construction safety experience
- CHST or STSC certification preferred
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Bilingual Spanish communication skills required
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, reliable transportation, and background check
