Provide evidence-based Occupational Therapy services with Lifemark, specializing in ADP equipment authorization and senior care. Work 2 hours weekly or 4 hours biweekly.

As an Occupational Therapist with Lifemark Seniors Wellness, you will support clients across long-term care settings. Your work includes clinical evaluations, equipment recommendations, seating and positioning, and client education. You will collaborate with vendors, families, and multidisciplinary teams to improve function, independence, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services
- Complete admission, ADL, seating, and positioning assessments
- Recommend equipment and coordinate vendor trials




- Prepare funding letters for ministries and insurers
- Educate clients and families on adaptive equipment

Requirements:

- Registration with your provincial Occupational Therapists College
- One to three years of Occupational Therapy experience
- ADP Authorized Certification
- Knowledge of Occupational Therapy standards and scope
- Valid Vulnerable Sector screening and Tuberculin clearance
