Sienna Senior Living is hiring an RPN for an existing vacancy within its communities. The position supports residents through prescribed treatments, assessments, care plans, wellness education, and self-care promotion. You will also guide unregulated care workers through training and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Document and follow up on resident concerns and complaints
• Promote self-care, wellness, adaptation, and resident abilities
• Complete assessments, RAPS, and care plans within required timeframes

Requirements:

• Current Ontario Registered Practical Nurse registration
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate
• Current Medication Administration Certificate
• At least one year of geriatric, healthcare, or rehabilitation experience
• Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and applicable screening requirements
