FA Servers seeks a full time Field Support Technician for a remote client site approximately three hours north of Winnipeg. You will support end users, coordinate site operations, and connect clients with the technical team. The work includes service issues, ticket escalations, and proactive enterprise infrastructure maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations and end-user support at a remote site
- Resolve service issues, complaints, and escalated tickets
- Install and troubleshoot Windows, iOS, and Android devices
- Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and network systems




- Create systems documentation and network diagrams

Requirements:

- Minimum one year in service delivery or administration
- Valid Canadian driver's licence and personal vehicle access
- Basic Level 1 client troubleshooting ability
- Experience with ticketing systems and Service Level Agreements
- Ability to work independently on rotating shifts
