Reporting to the Gift Shop Manager, this Sales Associate conducts payment transactions and supports Gift Shop operations. The position requires POS systems experience, lottery training, and robust communication skills. Attention to detail supports opening, closing, and reconciliation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform guest payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile money transactions at shift beginnings and endings
- Manage Gift Shop displays, cigarettes, and lottery scratch tickets
- Follow online lottery selling, redeeming, and cancellation procedures
- Report operational issues to the Manager or Supervisor

Requirements:

- One to two years cash handling experience
- Experience working with POS systems
- Lottery Training
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Availability for shift work and prolonged standing
