As a Bridge Engineer on Tetra Tech’s Transportation team, you will support bridge and culvert projects across Alberta. The work includes conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design, construction inspection, assessment, rehabilitation, and technical documentation. You will contribute to standard bridges, complex geometries, retaining walls, and related civil structures. Key Responsibilities:

Design bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and civil structures Inspect construction and review bridge field work Prepare reports, specifications, estimates, and contract documents Check designs, drawings,



and construction shop drawings Support fabrication inspections and construction supervision activities Requirements:

Civil Engineering or Civil Technology diploma or degree Registration as P.Eng., P.L.(Eng.), or P.Tech.(Eng.) Five-plus years designing or managing roadway and bridge infrastructure Proficiency with CSIBridge, MIDAS, SAP, or similar software Knowledge of CAN/CSA S6 19/25 design codes and standards Bring bridge design, structural analysis, construction inspection, and reporting expertise to Tetra Tech’s Alberta Transportation team.
