We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Shop / Welding Helper to support our fabrication and manufacturing team.This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, wants to learn more about metal fabrication and welding, and is comfortable working in a busy industrial shop environment. Previous shop experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are equally important.What You'll DoThe Shop / Welding Helper will assist our welders and fabrication team with day-to-day shop activities, including:Preparing materials for welding and fabricationGrinding, deburring, cleaning, and finishing metal componentsCutting, measuring, drilling, and preparing partsMoving and organizing steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and fabricated componentsAssisting welders with fitting, positioning, and handling materialsCleaning and preparing parts before and after weldingHelping with assembly of fabricated productsOperating basic shop equipment and hand toolsAssisting with packaging and preparing finished products for shipmentMaintaining a clean, organized, and protected work areaHelping with material handling, shop organization,
