Serve guests across Grey Eagle Resort & Casino venues in Calgary, using POS systems and strong food and beverage service skills. Shift work is required.

Under Food and Beverage management, this Server role supports the Bingo Hall, Buffet, Blaze Restaurant, Gaming Floor, and Hot Dog Cart. You will present menus, promote food and beverage items, and create positive dining experiences. The position requires policy compliance, guest safety, and accurate service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guest service consistent with company standards and brand attributes
- Take orders and enter food and beverages into POS systems
- Serve items accurately and efficiently across assigned casino venues
- Set, explicit, and prepare tables for arriving guests




- Balance receipts and maintain service station readiness

Requirements:

- High school diploma and valid Alberta ProServe Certificate
- One to two years of server experience required
- Experience working with POS systems is required
- Availability for shift work and extended periods standing
- Ability to work in smoking and physically demanding environments
