This full time position assists the Store Manager with daily store functions and associate leadership. Key work includes merchandise receipt, freight flow, sales-floor effectiveness, and inventory presentation. Strong communication, retail experience,

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Process DSD merchandise receipts and returns
• Manage freight flow using productivity standards
• Plan and maintain sales-effective merchandising presentations

Requirements:

• Prior retail experience preferred
• Prior management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Strong written skills required
• Lift 30 to 50 pounds and perform frequent physical tasks
