The role offers an exciting opportunity to influence data-driven decision-making at an enterprise level.Expected Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 annuallyResponsibilities Lead and manage a team of 3–4 analytics professionals focused on data products and modernization projectsDefine and implement data governance best practices to ensure data quality and complianceCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutionsDevelop and oversee data models and dashboards to support strategic decision-makingCreate a unified data workplace by consolidating multiple dashboards and KPIs into a single, accurate source of truthEnsure consistent measurement of KPIs across sales, finance, and other departmentsImplement automation and optimize data workflows to increase efficiency and accuracyApply Python, SQL, and Power BI to develop data solutions and conduct hands‑on data analysisManage project timelines, deliverables,
