Shape Agile delivery practices at AltaGas through coaching and methodology design. This hands-on role supports enterprise adoption across delivery teams and leaders. AltaGas seeks an experienced Agile Coach to lead Delivery Enablement and Excellence initiatives. You will refine the Agile framework, guide rollout, and strengthen sustainable adoption. The work connects training, reusable assets, governance, and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Define and maintain Agile frameworks, playbooks, standards, templates, and ceremonies Develop training rollout roadmaps with readiness and maturity expectations Coach teams on Agile roles, ceremonies, backlogs, and ways of working Lead retrospectives, health checks,



and improvement workshops Maintain adoption measures and leadership reporting insights Requirements:

Eight or more years in Agile or digital delivery environments Agile, Scrum, or coaching credentials such as CSM or PMI-ACP Experience expanding Agile practices across multiple teams Experience mentoring Agile Coaches or Scrum Masters Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation, and communication skills Lead practical Agile transformation at AltaGas by combining coaching, delivery standards, training, and measurable adoption across teams.
