Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in office in North York, using production troubleshooting and financial systems expertise. This six-month contract runs through April 30, with possible extension. As a Functional/Technical Consultant, you will support and optimize a D365 environment within an established public sector organization. The work combines Finance module configuration, integration troubleshooting, incident management, and collaboration with IT, Finance, developers, QA teams, and vendors. Strong written and verbal English communication is required. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support Configure D365 Finance modules and resolve application issues Investigate integrations, APIs, data entities, and batch processes Coordinate regression testing, UAT, and production deployments Create documentation and support internal knowledge
