This role offers the opportunity to guide projects from planning through completion, build trusted client relationships, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a studio culture that values design excellence, sustainability, and people.How you'll make a difference: Communicate and coordinate required design, project and firm information to both internal and external parties as requiredPrepare and coordinate project schematic/conceptual design drawingsPrepare layouts, sketches, and space plans required to convey design intentLead, mentor, and manage the project teamExecute knowledge in project management, budgets, schedules, and architectural standardsCoordinate and/or undertake the preparation of required project documents, minutes, schedules, and specificationsApply building code and construction regulationsCoordinate electrical, mechanical, structural, and other consultants or vendorsCoordinate and/or undertake the selection and specification of furniture, finishes, equipment,
