Data Center Operations Technician (Entry Level)About the RoleWe are looking for a Data Center Operations Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and management of customer equipment within a world-class data center environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-2 years of technical or data center experience who are passionate about infrastructure, networking, and delivering exceptional customer service.What You'll DoManage and respond to data center work orders within agreed service levels.Install, rack, and cable customer equipment and infrastructure.Perform cross-connect installations, modifications, testing, and documentation.Support fiber, copper, and coax cable management activities.Assist with equipment testing, troubleshooting, and Layer 1 certification testing.Maintain accurate records and update asset management systems.Provide on-site customer support, access control, and escort services when required.Support operational projects, audits, and vendor activities.Collaborate with operations, security, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Complete assigned training and contribute to team success.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.1-2 years of experience in a data center, telecommunications, network operations, IT infrastructure, or related technical environment.Basic understanding of cabling systems,
