Start early as a Member Services Representative at the YMCA of Saskatoon, using communication and customer service skills daily. Work Monday through Friday from 5:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.

This full-time position welcomes members and visitors as an early facility contact. You will provide membership information, conduct tours, and support positive experiences. The work includes communication with departments, participants, volunteers, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide membership information, sales support, and facility tours
- Stay informed about YMCA programs and services
- Resolve member concerns in a customer-oriented manner
- Maintain confidentiality regarding membership and internal matters
- Balance receipts and floats while securing cash

Requirements:

- Full time availability for scheduled early mornings
- Excellent telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Ability to work effectively with a team
- Clear police record check required
