You will create cost estimates, prepare estimating packages, perform quantity takeoffs, cost buildups, and support competitive bids for utility projects. You will lead subcontractor and supplier solicitations, review quotes, and develop schedules and staffing models in collaboration with operations to ensure constructability and alignment with the estimate.
