As Assistant Manager, Retail In-store Sales & Service, you will guide retail sales associates and coordinate daily activities. You will support transactions, merchandise selections, cash desk operations, and questions about ROM galleries and exhibitions. The position requires at least one year leading or supervising teams in customer-facing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead store opening, closing, transactions, and payment processing
- Guide associates toward accurate transactions and welcoming service
- Coordinate staffing assignments with the Senior Assistant Manager
- Resolve customer concerns, returns,



and special transaction requests
- Maintain merchandise displays, replenishment, and stockroom movement

Requirements:

- High school diploma; related post-secondary education is an asset
- At least one year supervising teams in customer-facing environments
- Ability to motivate, coach, and support frontline employees
- Point-of-sale, cash management, and daily operations experience
- Adaptable availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
