Infracon Construction's North Division, based in Dawson Creek, BC, seeks an Equipment Operator / Leadhand to supervise a small crew on oil & gas sites near Dawson Creek. The role emphasizes problem-solving, initiative, and strong safety adherence in a energetic field environment.

The ideal candidate will lead 4–6 crew members, operate packers, skid steers, and other equipment, and ensure safe, efficient operations while maintaining site documentation and reporting.
