Kelly is hiring Somali Medical Interpreters for future openings supporting healthcare providers and other public-facing organizations. The work includes healthcare, emergency services, insurance, financial, legal, and public service settings. Interpreters convey meaning, tone, and intent accurately while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret between Somali and English through OPI and VRI platforms
- Facilitate communication across healthcare and other service settings
- Manage video interactions with appropriate communication and etiquette
- Maintain confidentiality,



professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
- Participate in training, monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Fluency in Somali and English across required language skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and minimum age eighteen
- Robust listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable internet, webcam, headset, and quiet workspace
