Share technical product knowledge as a seasonal Product Guide at ARC’TERYX, supporting guests onsite through authentic retail experiences. Help customers solve problems and discover products suited to their needs.

As a seasonal Product Guide, you represent ARC’TERYX on the retail floor and in the community. You build product understanding, recommend gear based on guest interests, and support store initiatives. This part-time role requires weekend and weekday opening or closing availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver technical product knowledge and exceptional guest experiences
- Recommend products based on guest interests and needs
- Process purchases, returns, warranties, and Used Gear transactions
- Support merchandising, brand initiatives,



and store projects
- Receive inventory boxes weighing five to thirty pounds

Requirements:

- Passion for exceptional customer service and outdoor experiences
- Self-motivated, adaptable, adaptable, and accountable approach
- Ability to balance autonomy with collaboration
- Availability for two of three weekend days
- One weekday opening and closing shift availability required
